Well, not exactly... I made the images in Adobe Photoshop Elements, brought them into Magix Video Edit Pro to put them all together with sound, then took THAT and brought it into Adobe After Effects... Rendered it at a fairly high quality, then used a third party program to convert it to Flash... Reason I didn't use Adobe Flash? It's not loaded on my computers yet...
