lol thank you hon! *huggles* I got my tongue and ears done at NEXT. I won't go anywhere else. No where else is as educated as them. They are so smart and full of CORRECT information. Such as...don't use mouthwash to clean your tongue piercing..if you have to use 10 parts water to 1 part wash...the alcohol in mouthwash actually delays and slows the healing time and increases the risk of infection. They sold me a special mouth wash that worked WONDERS and it comes in a tiny bottle and I still have it after all these years. Never expires.
The only thing I've noticed that was different with my tongue was I cannot stick it out and in as fast as I use to cause it gets stuck. And I would recommend Titanium, not silver or steel. Anything with nickle in it most tongues hate. The stud that you get pierced with will be longer and thicker than traditional studs to make room for the swelling. I didn't have funny speech when I got mine done. It's all mind over matter thing.
