So this may not be the 100% complete version, but it's good for now. I may go back and add the detailed background it deserves, but for now this is good.
Anyway, this is inspired by the Music Man, because my school's drama department did it as their spring musical. I was in pit so I saw it about 10 times, and enjoyed every second. Also, the Harold Hill is one of the most magnificent men I know.
