Okay so this is like the most bare minimum steampunk-ish kinda feeling image that there could possibly be. XD But when Anyu said he wanted a top hat for an item, and didn't care about the background. I took a rather steampunkish kinda feeling to the background.
I went for an old kinda brick wall with window looking out on a steamy, smoggy, cloudy sunrise.
