Hydrophobia - the fear of water
One cannot truly know what lies in the deepest of waters...inviting as the source of life, source of rejuvenation and cleansing essence. Water like many other elements that we know and live with also hold a much darker side...it's wide expanses taking up a great deal of our world. Living and breathing this element.
Looking to the waters with great fear..fear of falling, fear of sinking..and fear of drowning. Inviting eyes peer up at you, and even though you see the strange figure looking so...kind...gentle..even if you see the extra teeth in the back of its jaw so evident...so very evident of it dangerous ways...the extended hand you cannot help but want to grasp.
Blurring the lines of what lies from the surfaces of the water...to the reaches and dangers down below.
