i meen that the lesson applied in this story was not applied to my childhood. i learned it myself manually.. instead of someone telling me.. therefore there a lot of peple who may have missed this lesson in life... and i mean for you to go and createa a plethora of new fables just like thus .. as in aesops fables? surely therea a staple in your allocation as well?

It's not that I don't like your comic diary. In fact, I like this style very much, at least the way you do it.

i just realized, i didn't mention in this comic strip,
but, I didn't steal anything.

Oh, now I get it. It was the same toy on both pages.

Might have just been a way of getting something back from the universe. Not that a robot toy = a grandmother, but the subconscious isn't always rational.

i don't know, I just wanted to take something for the sake of taking it.

its like when i find a large sum of money on the ground,
no one is around to claim it, so i instantly think, no one was responsible enough
to take care of this much money then fuck them, I feel like they lost this money
on purpose.

it just seems like that.
and i do take care of all of my things.

adding more to my collection is just more responsibility.

I actually enjoy slice of life stuff... Gives you insight on yourself.

My friends use to steal all the time, but unless times were desperate only from places like wall mart and big cooperate places.

Those places actually inflate there prices to compensate for stolen stuff. If people don't steal from them then they are overcharging people. lol

So I don't really see anything wrong with that.

Doing it for a cheap thrill rather than to save money when your poor... *shrugs* Little more gray area for me and I am not so sure about..... depends on how well off the person is.

actually i didn't take anything, I just left it there.

yea, it felt good to try and take from them.

but i think the message I was displaying was
still understood, whether i mentioned taking it or not.

Maybe, deep within the dark corners of your subconscious, there was a part of you that wanted to play with the fires of theft to take your mind off of everyday stresses of life.
But, just then, your alter ego was pulled back into it's cage, thus allowing you to gain control of yourself before said theft was done.

Or maybe you just did it to be a total dick. IDK.
Either way, fuck Corporate America, etc etc.

i think it was both.

i felt no different trying to steal that toy,
then i would have "stole" a drink of water from the fountain.

it just didn't faze me, until i got nervous and thought
"this is stupid" I think i just felt a little embarrassed before I snapped
out of my weirdness.

sadly i was actually gonna buy it before trying that.
but whatever.

The lesson here is obviously that you need to be stealthier.

Or... Something about despite wronging those who deserve it feeling good, wronging is still wronging... I dunno, I barely passed anything relating to story analysis in school...

Well, most thefts in, say, an office are for the feeling of power. The employees don't actually need those office supplies at home they just like the feeling that they got away with something. In other words, sticking it to the man.

It's usually the cheap stuff that people take, even if they can afford it. We've all been tempted, even me. But I usually come to the same conclusion you did.

sorry to hear that.. i lost my grandmother too sometime after my grandfather died. it hit me really hard. this happened ten years ago. it really hurts losing someone we feel fond of or close to.

I can still dig it.
