Well, I would question how she can see the labels for various ingredients. Echolocation does not reveal colors or flat images. Only the shape of the surfaces.

How does a blind man cook though. I need some help cooking, but show me what is where and I know what to do. Besides, all writing leaves slight indents in the paper, and unless they are covered in plastic or wax, I can read those.
