Beautiful butterfly! I saw lots of them in Vermont this past week!

I will have to visit that eagle preserve on the way to my Cousin's house in Shamong, New York when I go this November. It really looks so cool!! I would love to see Eagles fly free in the wind!!

They've re-filled one of the lakes in the Mongaup, Swinging Bridge Resevoir. It's more than 95% full now and yes there are eagles there (or at least in the valley below the dam). More places for eagles to roost and to fish.

That's right near Port Jervis, which is an easy day trip from Burlington! My next door neighbor was also interested and I gave him the website eagleinstitute.org, which I can't thank ya enough for forwarding that on to me! I just love birds of prey or raptors! I am a member of the Vermont Institute of Natural Science because I literally spend hours there admiring and learning about these birds! Owls, Eagles, Hawks, Ospreys, Kestrels are truly beautiful birds!!!

Definitely don't miss the drive up Rt. 97 from Port Jervis. I grew up in the area and used to ride my bike up there. It's an awesome ride.

I really love the quaint town of Port Jervis! New Jersey Transit has sponsered many special rail road excursions up there! Beautiful area and I really love all the beautiful countryside that surrounds the town, especially in the fall! I will do that! Thank YOU!!
