I briefly considered using Paschel for this instead, since it would be a bit more challenging, but then I remembered I'd have to do the half-transparent glass effect and the fire for every panel, and I decided this would be a lot easier.

It's impressive when one realizes that you'd be able to convey entirely different expressions for Bloodstone and Gem on this same meme.
I mean, they're the same species, also males, and a lot of artists have trouble conveying unique personalities with expression variety alone.
