Actually it's not. It's a compact way of having a large amount of paracord on you, which is EXTREMELY valuable for hunting, tramping, what ever. You can do a lot with paracord and having that amount on you will prove valuable. AGAIN. Do your research and then come back and talk. You're making yourself look even more moronic.
