Well, either remix, or rebuild. Classical pieces are kind of hard because of their scope. My style is a bit more focused on specific elements. Classical music has a big brain, so it's thinking all over the place. I'd probably just do what hip-hop artist do and just sample sections and reform the whole song. Granted, I don't rap.
