Uuuuuggggghhhh i really hate the shading and lighting in this, it doesnt seems right and the coloration of the furniture too but tried my best. Also tried to the "AM" next to the numbers but didnt work out.
Basically he just overslept. This happens to me occasionally and rarely waking up around 2 or 1 pm. Im pretty much a very heavy sleeper. That Russian hat he's wearing is a real one that i wear and i do wear it to sleep so my hair wont go poof when i wake up (happens to me alot and pain in the a** when fixing it). And the tv in front of the mirror is real but its busted.
