Here's today's offering, a suited individual getting deposited on the floor. Final version will have latex clinging on the body being lowered to the ground before the animation cycle starts.

Will also animate in tails/ears as needed.

You're doing an amazing job with this. Especially given the difficulties of working with shiny things like rubber in that medium. Looks awesome so far.

I'm going to to guess around 8-10 hours. Been trying to get myself to focus a bit better, otherwise putting this short animation together probably would have taken me all week XD

I know it's not complete without the floor and preceding frames, but it does look like the head just pops into existance between the first and second frame. It might just be that the latex is forming around the head at that point.

Cannot wait to see where all this is leading.

Looks good, but those last few frames should be on ones. That'll give the fall a lot more weight, since stuff accellerates as it falls.

Actualy part of the reason is cause he's animating keyframes alone. Normaly, you'd animate based on a frame rate which is usualy 24fps or 30fps and time your stuff around the knowledge that 1 second = 24 frame or 30 frame.

Yes I know how geeky I sound :P but as an animator it's hard not to :)

I'm an animator as well :P I know what you're saying, each keyframe is shown for the same amount of frames. But the lovely thing about flash is you can put some frames on 1s, or remove them altogether, with almost no effort.
