Oh this is a wonderful image. It seems the vendor is being a good sport as well. I don't think I have ever seen an ice cream vendor truck in the US that has "Soft Serve" Ice cream or yogurt for that matter.

In the UK and Ireland, all ice cream trucks have a soft serve machine on board. Even in the middle of winter they still come around every couple of days... well, my local guy does anyway.
