Thank you very kindly for that. This big reveal was probably one of the early moments I desperately wanted to get to first, but in the end I'm glad I had the patience to delay it, as I feel it's had a much better impact on the story overall.

As for who and what the person watching him is... that's a mystery for another day! =)

When I think of sapphires, I think of the color blue. Then again, just because sapphires have the common hue of blue doesn't mean it could be other colors. (pink, white, yellow)

Agreed, though part of what makes a white sapphire so unique and noteworthy is its rarity.

I'm really enjoying doing these comics. Comic artistry is one of the things I wanted to do MOST when I started. And now that I'm doing it... it feels so very wonderful to do. I love telling the story this way. I love seeing the character come to life and actually behave and speak on the screen. It's an amazing, wonderful feeling. =)
