Sitting cuddled up to her favorite plushie that was ironically made in the image of her love but scaled down to look like a pup, Bubbles sat alone, feeling the impact of her loved one, Bane being gone for work. Though it killed her to see him gone for days on end and only getting to talk to him by means of internet for only a handful of hours while he stayed in a camp for work, she knew the money was being put towards good use so that they could live happily.


This piece was requested by Bane for Bubbles while he was away at work up north in the oil fields, tending to the pipes of a gas plant that was his job for about a year. It had him away for nine days at a time and home for four, in which he stayed at a camp to which he could only talk to Bubbles for possibly four hours a day, a few moments in between breaks.. sad as it was, it was used to save up so he might see her one day in person.
