A very beloved picture, this is my female herm Lugia girl Jennifer drawn by  EddyTheOkapi during a commission stream one night a while back. I was contemplating giving myself a Lugia form but was never entirely sure what to do with it.

Finally after some time passed I came up with this for the stream after a lot of thought. He drew her absolutely wonderfully as he does all his big pokemon girls. I've often considered making Jennifer a pure female instead since I had a phase at the time but its over but I dont know. Regardless, Lugia=hot <3 Red's my color.
