a character i helped design for my friend.

original description:
So meet Tarmac a collab character between me and demondbunny
has a demi god, the demi god of thunder reincarnation of the war thunder dragon (the thing that cheetwos wolf kin believe in and he has the back marking of) but because tarmac is a fox everyone thought it was a joke or trick because foxes aren’t pure blooded like coatl wolves and no god would be rebo0rn as one, the scar was when he got his ability trying out his powers he lost control and lightning struck his leg, every time he uses his powers it re opens the scar, he lost his horn in a fight with cheetwo , cheetwo also took offense to this guy claiming to be a god but when cheetwo god into that rage state tarmac give him an electric charge which fried the circuit and knocked cheetwo clean out. he give himself his own name in irony after crossing a road and getting hit by a car he healed himself of course but for a while he was glued to the tarmac! (Plays chicken on roads....Got cocky....Became one with the road)
Other facts:
Can control small creatures by using the electricity to mess with their nervous system
His tongue his yellow and green and he can click it or run it along the roof of his mouth to recharge his electricity
His blood is blue and constantly boiling literally, if touched it will burn whoever touched it (like boiling water)
His one weakness is his scar because it is a constantly opening wound.
He can move lightning fast
no matter how he hits his target the mark will always be jagged and zig-zaggy like a lightning bolt.
