This marks the beginning of the broken lore series, and I'll explain what's going on... now:

In an alternate reality, Luna broke away from her sister 1000 years ago, forming a faction named the Lunar Republic, while her sister, Celestia, remained in Canterlot, with the renamed Celestian Monarchy. Or tyranny as described by those who followed Princess Luna.

The events are an alternate explanation of how and why Luna was banished.

What to expect in the series? Blood, gore (at times), Nsfw content (Hey if you thought you were going to die you'd probably do the same thing), Foul language, - Well you get it's not for the youngins.

I'll never understand why I like seeing previously innocent subject matter turned in on itself. It's almost satifying.

The picture shows a necromancer, who will be named later. The necromancers of broken lore pull double duty as the blood magi, keep persistent wounds on their body to reopen when needed.

Most blood magi are catalyst users, or earth ponies/pegasi with the ability to perform magic through a focusing crystal. usually worn around the neck, if one is to crack, destructive results may follow. While not as strong as a unicorns magic, A pegasus flying into battle and raising the dead, then quickly making an escape can turn the tides of battle, letting the undead fight for them.
