Qeil is one of the stranger, but oddly, one of the most lovely characters from this fantasy fiction of mine. Qeil is a member of the 2nd great race that was born shortly after Norfrus' kind came into existence. Once a malevolent monster who thought nothing of her actions or for those she destroyed, Qeil has come to find a great wealth of compassion for the young, mortal races of the world she and her kind once tried to burn away. Summoned back into the world of mortals as a child by a young, aspiring mage, Qeil grew up for a second time amongst the mortals - more so, in the presence of her summoner, Phystian. Her experience growing up amongst the mortals fundamentally changed her for the better and she now fights in the defense of her friend, Phystian, the band of heros he will come to know as friends, and eventually, for a much greater cause.
