Unlike Ellissa, who reverted to being an Eevee, Penny has now become a Raichu! =3 That lovable face we've all come to appreciate, Penny is the owner of the café Penny's Kitchen, a place she has been in ownership of for over five years.

I'm awfully proud of this particular 'chu, mostly that it's a Raichu, which I've always had problems drawing. Unlike most Raichu, Penny has several things that differ her from a regular Raichu--She has red cheeks, she has brown bottoms to her feet, and she has a brown tail! Just to name a few. ^.~
