From left to right, starting with their last names first:

Sinsen Udell, Sinsen Juno-Pucc, and Sinsen Ora - Ruga's biological father, elder brother by roughly 20 years and mother in that same order. Ruga was raised by human military. For New comers, they are Tethican aliens, a very rare species of hominoid from Tau Eridani, located in the constellation Eridanus, which is where the Tethican Solar system is. It's near the Witch Head Nebula. It takes over 350 years to get from their solar system to Earth without gating.

Very little is known about Tethicans beyond compilied factual data that has been crammed together amongst various bits of galactic controversy in Volkbooth's Guide to extraterrestrial Invaders; a guidebook that is frequently mentioned through out my story Galaxy Magnolia by Ruga as being grossly inaccurate, much to the argument of most of the student body attending Wormwood Academy. Female Tethicans also have sideburns and a lot of soft hair on their bodies, much like their male counterparts. Human military often called them in the past "bearded ladies" as it was rather shocking to come across a female Tethican, of which were even rarer then the males and having facial hair no less. The hair is very soft to the touch and "hollow". It can draw in air to warm the cheeks. The hair on their tails is also hollow and draws in air into the tail, which thus acts as a beacon to draw it into the rest of their body. They are from a world that is higher in levels of radiation, with a blue sun (reason behind their dark skin) and they contain a blue/black pigment in their blood, hair and skin to protect from radiation and rely on chlorophyll as an energy source for photosynthesis to restore lost pigment cells destroyed by radiation.
