Phaganax is the alpha male of the Sorna Worker village territory raptor pack.

The scars on his face and snout indicate that he is the strongest and biggest raptor.

He trusts Tholestes and his grandfather because Tholestes mother had taken care of him when his own mother was killed by keepers during the Sorna storm when the animals were released.

Because of her death, Phaganax has a deep dislike for humans. and the arrive of a human on the island only fueled his hate for them.
