The world needs more "mad" doctors. He'd probably be good friends with Jimman.
Bio:
Neko-gami’s half brother.
A scientist from Germany with a IQ of 300. He has degrees in every field of science (from medical to genetics, and so on and so fourth). He conducts random experiments all the time and creates inventions that are beneficial to mankind and…sometimes not so beneficial to mankind (like a formula that transforms one into a dragon) Some people think he’s a mad scientist…their probably right!
Note: Many of you have probably noticed his teeth look different now. He recently invented a formula that restores disfigured and damaged teeth to perfect healthy teeth. But don’t expect to see this formula anytime soon! The ADA and many toothpaste manufactures have paid him a large sum of money to lock this formula away.
