First Caterpillar Stitch
So this book has an eerie little stitch on it called the caterpillar stitch, which is far more reminiscent of a centipede than a caterpillar, in my opinion. Freaky little things! :shakefist: It was the hardest stitch I have seen so far, and decided to tackle it. It's actually...really easy. :XD: It looks super hard and complicated, but it's really not.
The caterpillar stitch, obviously, runs across the top of the book. The rest of the book has a properly done coptic stitch (remember my last one? UGH). The bookboard is covered with canson paper underneath a Japanese Ogura lace paper, which was the biggest pain in the butt to put on the book! The book block is just regular Strathmore pastel paper. :)
