Well, the badge there says "PHOR" which if you are at all familiar with the dancing competition, well, the guy had his own cheering squad... to the point they had written P H O R on there backs in black paint. It was hilarious and awesome that they did that!

I do have to admit, he looks really studly too in this pic.
