While the underlighting for the guy is strong and even, it seems to contrast with the light source, and not match up with the girl. Perhaps a braver approach in the future. You don't need to put your art through a series of lighter shadows, just be confident in the ones you set down.

Apart from that, this is very solid linework, a good grasp on color theory, and a WONDERFUL effort on that background. With a bit of a stronger grasp on the nature of light, I would highly recommend you try your hand at digital painting!

Yeah when I was working on it it was pretty late and I guess I kind of got carried away with how those beams would be working into the play of shadow, no excuse though, I should definitely keep a better eye out next time, thanks! :)
