I'd like you to mark the A_B post as resolved then since you're happy enough with the commission to post it.

It was not my A_B post to resolve, first of all, so even if I wanted to I would not be able to do that. Secondly, the post was not about the quality of the pic; that was an unfortunate side effect to the list of main problems which had already warranted a visit to A_B.

So I will have to respectfully say no and ask that you do not push the issue. :)

You got the commission you wanted to take up for the rest of the slots. You were the one responsible for this actually, because carrot gave you the commission slots. So I'm pretty sure you can post there with this, or he can. Either way you got what you asked for.

Me posting the commission doesn't change any of the facts stated on the A_B post. Your request, while I totally get where you're coming from, really doesn't make much sense. The problems were not resolved, and the fact that you finished and delivered something doesn't make the other issues resolved, because they simply are not resolvable. The finished product is on the A_B post and nobody ever denied that it existed.

Take it up with Carrot if you have a problem with it, and if he tells me to delete it I absolutely will as he was the one to pay for it, but I figured posting it was better than letting his payment go to a complete waste. O_o

I'm not telling you to delete anything ? You can't delete anything on A_B... From how A_B works, you post something, about how the artist owes you art. When you get either that art, or a refund from that person, you are supposed to let the mods know, so that they can mark the post as resolved. They don't take it down, they don't do anything but mark it as resolved so people know that you aren't still waiting for art or money. That's it.

Nobody thought we were waiting for art or money. :P The A_B post makes that very clear.

And to clarify, I was referring to deleting this particular submission, not the A_B post. Once again, I do not have any control over that. You're barking up the wrongest tree.

It's not how the post works, it's how A_B works. I'd like you to re-upload this so you don't have all this mess all over it, but sadly I am not barking up the wrong tree, carrot agreed to give the commission to you, I can dig up the note if you'd rather, I don't want you to delete this because, you obviously don't think so, but I spent a lot of time on this, and I would like to see it get some appreciation..., but however, since you were the head honcho, it is your responsibility to tell A_B that you are no longer looking to get art or a refund out of me.

I'm very sorry that you're frustrated with how things have turned out but I'm handling them the way they need to be handled and with the only authority I have, which was whether or not to post this picture. I have zero control over the A_B post, whether you believe it or not, and the information on that post is one hundred percent accurate and up to date and will not be changed by Carrot anyway.

With that said, I'd appreciate you leaving off arguing; there's no point to it. Hopefully we've all learned our lessons here. Time to move on.
