Something I didn't touch on... But someone drew on the elevator and the fire alarms kept going off at random times. And I heard that other peeps' bathroom didn't lock... ours did but our toilet went retarded. Kept flushing itself randomly... we got it to stop. The next day ( today ) the AC unit started barking. >O o<
