I was able to get this adorable badge from 
jackeldemon at FWA 2012. I asked for my character as a gryphon but in the MLP style and this is what was produced. I love the sly grin and the tail that is clearly twitching back and forth. Jackeldemon put a lot of time and effort into everything he did and seriously deserves your watch.
