This is an original character for Bleach, clearly. The background I of course didnt do, but I didnt want to just submit it with a white background. Spent all day color him. His name is Hiyatai, and he was once a mod-soul, although he has enough spirital pressure to form his own spirit body, and so hides out in the disguise of a captain. Im rather happy with it. ^^
