Caught the rabbit trying it again this morning. I gotta score a camera that can snap a pic instantly....my present digicam takes several seconds to boot up.

I'm glad they get along so well. Hagane is pretty friendly as rabbits go. My previous rabbit I had years ago would just totally freak out at the mere sight of a cat or dog.

I've talked to a number of people who have witnesses encounters between house cats and house rabbits. Usually, the rabbits win :)

That action is a nice way of being lapine and asserting dominance. That is the "Groom Me Now" nudge, the proper answer is to groom the assertive bunny on his/her forhead or kissing the base of bunneh ears.
