Humans had taken over the world of dragons and all the other anthropomorphic like creatures. There they started to colonize and they also tried to learn more about the dragon’s way of life and such. Dragons were able to make rather advanced alloys back than already. It was taken over rather quickly by the humans as they tried to use it for their own advantage such as this armour.
