It's a little fast. You need to add a few inbetweens when she reaches the top of her jump. Take that time to have her slowly bring her legs up and then she can start her descent. Whenever something is acting under gravity, be it a subject jumping or an object like a ball bouncing, the object travels in an arch fashion- slowing at the top of the arch while moving faster at the start and end. This really gives the character a nice sense of weight.
Also when she lands, you might want to slow that up as well. Give her time to like... stumble a bit, wobble a bit. No one lands perfectly when they jump and a little bit of arm swing or a half step-like stumble will again give the character some life and make her feel like less of a robot.

well, i've forgot to say that it's just a part of the animation.
it's for a game, so there is 3 parts of movement in a same animation (jump, in air, falling)
the transitions must be quick xP.
the animation will loop in air so it will be quite longer.
I know it's fast, so I will correct it on the coloured version, thanks for the opinon.

:o I see one flaw, but it doesn't matter, since I'm assuming it's a rough thingy.
Oh, and I'd help you with your game, but I'm horrible at programming, and I can only program in Python. And if I actually practiced my animation skills I'd help you with that. But alas, I get impatient. AND, I can't draw very well, so I can't help you for that background stuff. :L
