Because I really don't feel I post enough Lugia and it makes me ANGRY inside that I'm not clogging everyone who watches me's inboxes with Lugias since that's blasphemy from me if I wanna stay true to my Lugia addiction.

With a paperdoll of a chubby Lugia girl that was done in a stream long ago, because I love paperdolls and mixn-matching clothes... even though 90% of what I do is either black, dark grey, or anti-white. :c
