Well, I been seeing these ever second, to fourth night for quite a while now... i always miss them when they really moving, but i managed to catch them a bit near the end the other night...

Wow... you've caught that on photo... it's wonderful... it's like curtains in the sky... Last time I saw aurora was in March 1989... that night we all lost the electricity because of a solar storm... but we were able to see the light show in the sky.... was wonderfull... Really nice photo Cole
thanks!.. and yes we are seeing lots... almost every night we been seeing them.... they out as i typing this.. a fews years ago, the one night was just...wow.. wish i had a camera that could have captured it back then.... i was just like how they show them on tv, how they are way up north... you could swear they touching the ground, and are full of red and blues.. it was so cool.. wish i could see it like that again...

they are a really kool to watch... you know it kinda ironic, i grew up with them.. been seeing them for 25 years of my life, and i barely take the time to just watch them when they are out.... sometimes when i out side and they out i dont even always pay attention to them.... but i really should.... if you ever get a chance to see them, you will definitely not be disappointed one bit.. hope you get to watch them some day...
heehe well any northern area you can see them.. Norway is a good place too.. Alaska.. and far north of Canada.. hey look up Churchill Manitoba... http://www.churchill.ca/about/nature one of the best places to see the Norther lights, and if you like polar bears great place for that too..
