27 frames (17 unique + 10 slight variants of others like blinking eyes and flowing capes). Took about 20 hours to draw, plus some time to learn Flash and mess with animation, etc... not bad! Was fun. Will probably do more. ;)

very nice simple loop, a smooth transition between frames, and good mind on the clothing folds. awesome work :D I like the pacing between each 'transformation' too~
also a very original loop... i don't think i've seen people try this before. Seen people do ones where they suddenly turn wear and then flashes back to normal in some avatar icon things but this is pretty unique.
