honestly. never had absinthe. Heard of it. But never had it. The closest i've had to anything "Spirit" related was Jägermeifter. Actually loved the anise flavor of it. But made the bold and stupid mistake of not diluting it when i had it. gahhh my mouth was on fire!!! just exactly how does one consume absinthe? I noticed you had a particular cup and spoon but that is all i noticed.

Yes. You can compare Jägermeister a bit with ABsinthe... And oh well Jägermeister is only good when you drink it pure.. It got to burn. ^^

Well you pour a bit of absinhte into the glass and put a cube of sugar into it, then you lift the soaked cube onto a spoon and set the cube on fire (it actually burns) wait till the flame is gone. pour it back into the glass, fill up with cold water and it's ready to drink ^^
