I've been wanting to do this for awhile. I figured now is the time to write up some reference sheets on my original characters that I barely draw. My chicken scratches are a little hard to read, so here's the translation:

NAME: Aura

SPECIES: Human / Cat

PERSONALITY: Generally good natured, playful, mostly patient, a little short tempered if commented on her attire [or worse]. Very cautious towards strangers.

PAST: Born and raised [into her childhood] in the village of Crossblood. A village once occupied by humans and demons alike; hidden away within a large forest surrounded by tall cliffs. Until one day, a small army of demons invaded and destoryed the little community of mixed breeds. It's said that no one survived the massacre, but she was saved by a small group of cat demons like herself. She lost her family, her best friend, and her home that day. She was taken in by her saviors, being a child and having no where else to go. Overtime, she grew closer to them, caring and depend of them. She'd come to think of them as her family.

ABILITIES: Quick speed and reflexes [Catlike, if you will]. Able to produce and control fire through her demonic powers. Claws sharper and stronger than any standard blade, able to easily cut through flesh and bone.

ATTIRE: Lightweight, thin fabric one piece stretch suit. Useful for blending into dark environments and shadows. Flexible for free and easily movement, as if wearing nothing at all.

I've been looking more into books and stock photos in the hopes of depicting anatomy a little stronger in my drawings. Once I get a better understanding, I want to learn more about perspective and environmental designs so I can actually have a decent background one in awhile. In between that I have quite a few ideas for other fanart I want to draw as well.

So uh, yeah, I guess that's it.
