Windy is pretty good as a defensive fighter. Not the quickest, but damn can she take a hit and give right back. The odd appearance of the pokemon makes for some derpy looking fanart, so I decided to just go with the normal look for semi-aquatics out there with keeping of the fins and webbed limbs I tried to add some of the markings for the back. I might do a few more picks of her in the future.

And yes, she's a female, no matter how much you might want to keep up with calling her a "Trap Pokemon".
