hmm well done! I totally adore the pose.
As for the lack of hair on her head, I don't think this is much of a problem. It's concealed well with the eyebrow whiskers.
The pelvis got a bit small for my taste and the arms are a bit long for a humanoid character. But I like the face and the total expression of that pic :)
