Looks good but the angles of the claws on his right hand look a bit off.

The Ultramarine's (which I'm assuming this is supposed to be) use an upside down OMEGA as their symbol, the "U", which you have on the belt and the bottom of the middle skirt frill, but the ones on the knee guard and the pauldron are normal.
