Just a little St patrick day piece for tavi. hes been doing so many lovely bits of art for so many people that i thought mebbe he deserved some back.

It was fast approaching St patricks day and as Tavi was wandering through the park, heading for the climbing frame, feeling happy and greeting everyone he met with a chirpy hello he suddenly stumbled on Gemma. She had her back to him and her tail flicked once in a while but other than that she was silent. She seemed to be doing something. Curious Tavi grinned
"Top o the mornin to ya" He giggled loudly as Gemma ears perked up and she twisted round sharply scared that someone had snuck up on her, when she saw Tavi her fear vanished, a large one tooth grin greeted him.
Tavi noticed Gems mouth was covered in green.
"Err Gem...Wat are ya doin?" the munk stepped closer curious to see what she had in her paws. Mainly weeds and turf and a few clovers.
"i'm gettin' lucky" She said quite proudly.
"lucky? " The little munk was confused as he watched Gem nod vigourously.
"Yep. Lucky. I found all the four leaf clovers in the whole world, they sposed to be lucky dontcha know"
Tavi nodded "yeah i know theyre lucky"
Gem grinned. "Yep so then if I eated them all up then the luck will be in my tummy and then I will be lucky everywhere"
Tavi looked at her paws full of grass and just normal clovers, she didnt seem to have any four leaf clovers in her paws at all. Maybe she had eaten them all already.
"Gem ...im not sure thats a good fing to do, you might get tummy ache." tavi warned.
Gem just nodded.
"yep i haf a tummy ache...but thats just the luck being in my tummy" Tavi giggled a little seeing Gems shiny optimistic eyes. He helped pull her up onto her paws.
"mebbe we should go find yoor mama"

Cute pic and adorable story to match, Gem. You definately got the spirit of being little down with how our young, squirrel friend has taken to ingesting her luck. After all, in cartoons, magic candy and potions don't work unless you swallow them down. :)
And the luck is indeed working. She met Tavi and, soon, she'll be getting lots of love from her parents as they care for her by doing what they can to get rid of that tummy ache. A little one couldn't ask for much more than that.
