This was for a concept art contest at my school. From right to left we have Lawrence, the main characters arch rival, Whesker, the main character, Moro, Morozar, and Morokhan. I was shocked to find that there isn't already a lightning dragon pokemon, so damn it there should be one.

I wanted to stick to the original look of pokemon as closely as I could, apparently the contest director expected people to completely redesign pokemon; although, the contest flyer doesn't realy say that, but whatever.

I didn't quite finish my concepts for the competition as well as I wanted to. I might still be in the running for 100$ prize, but I don't expect to win. I think I'm going to finish touching up these designs anyways and throw them in my portfolio because hey, unlike some people I can at least addapt to another style.

Yes, I have a lot of contempt for those fucks that say you should only draw things in your particular style. Because an art team needs everyone to only draw in their personal style. Fucks.
