Wahya: There's a monster out there!
Tink: You mean that pile of sticks?
Wahya: Sticks? No, sticks are fun...is a monster! It was watching me, it's after me!!
Tink: ... Yeah. It's a pile of sticks.
Wahya: It can't get in the house right!?
Tink: .... Who came up with the term "scaredy CAT"!? >_>

So, yesterday the next door neighbor had a large pile of sticks/leaves to burn in their backyard. They weren't burning it while the dogs were out, but the stick pile itself scared poor Wahya. While the little dogs ignored it, she kept running back to the porch, crying and scratching at the door. She wouldn't even use the bathroom. As I walked back into the kitchen to get to the door to let her in I saw a wolfish face in the window above the sink. Somehow, Wahya had climbed up onto the railing of the deck, her front half overtop of it, trying with all her might to get in through the window (which was only open a crack) Poor Wahya, she's the largest dog in the house but she's so sensitive and that scary "stick monster" was after her!
