In the past week, we lost 3 great icons in the arts; two whose images shaped and continue to shape the look of sci-fi and fantasy, and one-half of a duo whose songs for Disney and other film studios is known word-for -word by practically everyone in the world. They will be deeply missed, but their legacies will continue to inspire others for many generations to come.
