I think it looks fine how it is, the style of the image seems to capture a mood. Actually vaguely reminds me of the Animatrix segment "Kid's story"

Nice composition and use of colors.

To be improved:

1) Main thing is the left hand. Palm is too big, and fingers seem to be swollen. Also, the angle of the arm looks stiff.

2) The drain is too close to the wall. Move it towards image center.

3) Why is the character on his/her back? Slipped on the soap? If so, having the soap splatted on the wall might be a good touch.

Thanks though, Alot of this helped me though somethings were kinda, hard to change ish.

Like, the drain is really that close to my showers wall. But I did move it a bit to try and make things look better, haven't re posted this image though cause I lost my like for it. :C

And the back one. ;xD THIS.

This makes the picture wierd, but that's how I sleep in the shower, and that's what the picture was about. So.. I dunno, guess some things will always look wierd with this picture even if I do fix up other things.

I am no artist, but I am a painter, however, I am not experienced enough to start giving advice. I would, however, accept the pic the way it is and learn to do better. Develop your own style by trial and error. See what works and what doesn't. That's what I did. Hopefully I'll have a painting I did posted on this site soon ^.=.^

is porportions.

this is a tricky perspective and im not sure i woulda tryed it my self.

but as was mentioned the porportions are skewed.
