Very good proportions with the shape of her head, throat and shoulders, and the coloring is good too, though the mouth could be more aligned. Just a minor detail though.
The blush might be a larger detail.
It kind of determines where the cheekbones are, so it's important to get it aligned or the face will look a bit 'off'.
Still a quite cute picture though. :)
