omg dude this is SO NICE. i love how you drew this charcater. i like how the steam/fog is rising from the rain, like just cooling the pavement or something n creating mist. i like how you drew the expression too, and all the values of shade in his/her fur. most of all, like how you drew attention specifcially to the overall feel and shape of the character wth the highlights and shines.

This reminds me of this scene from Cats Don't Dance. :)

Haha yeah, another person said the same. I love that movie, so maybe it was a bit of subconscious inspiration.
