Even at my job... we still take tests to earn a Promotion...
We usually use all 3 hours for the test because the sooner you finish, the sooner you have to return to work.... LOL
Also, 50% of the questions... the LONGEST answer is usually correct and the 3rd choice is usually incorrect... it's a very strange test...
For example... one question will be about: "What is refraction and reflection?"
And later on in the test, it will ask: "How long are you allowed to trim your fingernails"????? <<< This is an actual question on my test!!!
